Refund Policy


1. All Sales Final – No Refunds
All ticket purchases are non-refundable: once you complete your purchase, the sale is final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including personal emergencies or change of plans.
 

2. Your Ticket is Transferable
Although we don’t issue refunds, we do allow tickets to be transferred to friends or family at no extra charge.

To transfer your ticket, simply log into your account or use the link provided in your confirmation email to send the ticket to someone else—it’s quick and easy.

3. How Transferring Works
Transfers must include the entire ticket(s)—you cannot split a single ticket among multiple recipients 

The new ticket holder will receive all event details and seating (or attendance) rights associated with the transferred ticket.

4. Event Changes, Postponements & Cancellations
If we postpone or cancel an event, you will receive communication with details and next steps.

Cancellation: You may transfer your ticket to a future event or friend.

Postponement: Your ticket remains valid for the new date, or you can transfer it.

We do not issue refunds even in cases of changes—only transfers are offered.

 

5. No Exceptions
We do not provide refunds, exchange tickets for cash, or credit unused tickets toward other experiences (except by transfer).

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.
