All tickets are non-refundable but are completely transferable. In the event that you cannot make an event that you have signed up for we will issue a voucher to another event of equal value. However, there will be no replacements vouchers given if you fail to give a 24  hour notification before the event takes place.
 
If a party is postponed or on the rare occasion is cancelled, the tickets you have will become vouchers for the postponed date and can also be transferred to another event in the instance the rescheduled date conflicts with your schedule or the event is cancelled. In order to redeem them on another event, you should reply to the cancellation email that is sent to you with the date of the party you would like to redeem on and the painting selections of your choice.
