Refund Policy

At Sip N Dip Painting Parties, we are committed to creating a fun and seamless experience for every guest. Because each event requires advance preparation, the following policy applies to all ticket purchases:

 No Refunds

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Ticket Transfers & Vouchers

If you are unable to attend your scheduled event:

• Your ticket will be converted into a voucher

• Vouchers can be used for any future Sip N Dip event

• Vouchers do not expire

 Paint Your Pet Events

Paint Your Pet events require additional preparation time.

• Photo submission deadlines are strictly enforced

• If you miss the deadline, your ticket will automatically become a voucher for a future event

• No exceptions can be made due to the time required to prepare canvases

 Event Cancellations or Changes

If an event is canceled or rescheduled due to weather, low attendance, or venue-related issues:

• Your ticket will be issued as a voucher for a future event of your choice
