Refund Policy
At Sip N Dip Painting Parties, we are committed to creating a fun and seamless experience for every guest. Because each event requires advance preparation, the following policy applies to all ticket purchases:
No Refunds
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
Ticket Transfers & Vouchers
If you are unable to attend your scheduled event:

Your ticket will be converted into a voucher

Vouchers can be used for any future Sip N Dip event

Vouchers do not expire
Paint Your Pet Events
Paint Your Pet events require additional preparation time.

Photo submission deadlines are strictly enforced

If you miss the deadline, your ticket will automatically become a voucher for a future event

No exceptions can be made due to the time required to prepare canvases
Event Cancellations or Changes
If an event is canceled or rescheduled due to weather, low attendance, or venue-related issues:

Your ticket will be issued as a voucher for a future event of your choice
