Sip N Dip Painting Parties is a growing company in the paint-and-sip industry looking for charismatic art instructors with a passion for art and entertainment! If you have a happy, bubbly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude and  a strong work ethic who is eagerness to learn then you may have just found your calling! All instructors must have the ability to work quickly  and energetically with our team of artists and coaches as we continue to grow!  Our expectations are for each art instructor to captivate and lead their customers step by step through the entire painting process as they follow along with you! Our passion is serving others and our mission is to help our customers embrace individuality while encouraging them to express themselves through the experience. We believe everyone has their own style of painting and you are expected to help them embrace their individuality!  We expect you to grow as an artist as you build rapport and book private events with your customers. All instructors will attend virtual meetings where the entire team comes together to collaborate ideas and provide personal feedback. Responsibilities include: ·

  • Creating & developing paintings to be taught in classes and used for promotional items.

  • Developing & executing detailed and entertaining teaching methods to keep the audience engaged at all times.

  • Instructing large events in an energetic, clear and well-paced manner while encouraging creativity and creating a relaxed, fun atmosphere·

  • Assisting the audience and staff member(s) to ensure smooth class flow and promote customer painting success through teamwork and positive attitude.

  • Sketching outlines on canvases to prepare for events.

Required Skills/Abilities: ·

  • Ability to design and execute fine quality, acrylic paintings in various painting styles.

  • Basic computer skills and internet knowledge·

  • Comfortable with public speaking and performance skills this includes speaking on a microphone.

  • Strong time management and communication skills are a must

  • Ability to work under pressure 

  • Problem solving 

  • Strong communication skills

  • Event management experience us a plus

  • Strong work ethic

  • You must have supplies such as easels, aprons, and voice amplifier for up to 25 guests and we will provide the rest of the supplies such as paint, canvases, brushes, tablecloths, napkins, plates, and cups. 

​

Preferred Education/Experience: ·

  • College Degree in Art or Design related field are preferred but not a required.

  • Experience painting with acrylic paints

  • Must have experience instructing Paint and Sips

  • Strong background in the hospitality or customer service industry, must be a people person!

​

Events:​

  • Weekday, evening, and weekend events

  • Private events and space on our website for promoting private events.

  • Public events held at a Ruby Tuesdays during the weekdays and private events are per diem. 

  • Flexible Schedules 

 

Compensation:

  • Depending on your experience this will be discussed during your interview process.
